🎬 Part 2 of the CEO job swap is a wrap – and with it, the story comes full circle. GEA Field Service Engineer Gerhard Hofmann was more than willing to suit up and step into Stefan Klebert’s role for a day at the beautiful GEA headquarters in Düsseldorf, Germany. 💼 What did Gerhard experience? The work of a CEO is all about people, strategy and decisions. Every break is a chance to squeeze in another quick catch-up. 🤝 At the end of the day, we see how Gerhard manages a day in the life of his counterpart – who, as a trained mechanical engineer, is no stranger to the shop floor himself. More importantly, the project ends with a shared sense of respect between the people who lead GEA and the people who keep our customers' operations running.
