🏢🔬 We officially opened our new Application and Technology Center (ATC) for New Food and Biotechnology in Sarstedt, Germany – a major step in scaling industrial biotech. The center brings together pilot infrastructure and engineering expertise to help customers move from promising lab results to reliable, industrial-scale processes. From precision fermentation to cell cultivation, the ATC enables companies to test, validate and refine their processes under real-world conditions.🧫 👨🏻‍🔬👩🏽‍🔧Around 240 colleagues will work at the Sarstedt site, combining deep process knowledge with hands-on pilot capabilities – all under one roof. As Klaus Stojentin emphasized at the opening: turning promising processes into viable industrial applications requires more than ideas – it needs the right infrastructure and expertise to make it work at scale.
