It’s official: our new AI Hub Competence Center in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, is open. 🤝 We built it together with RebelDot to support the operations of our joint venture, RebelDot Process Industries – and more than 70 engineers, AI specialists and digital experts are already at work. Earlier this year, we set out with a shared ambition: to combine GEA's deep industrial expertise with RebelDot's software engineering and AI capabilities to accelerate digital innovation. Now, the team is turning that expertise into AI-powered technologies, digital products and mobile applications that address real customer challenges. By combining complementary strengths in one dedicated center, we can shorten development cycles and bring ideas to market faster. As the center continues to grow, it will help shape the next generation of digital solutions across GEA and for our customers worldwide. We’re also contributing our own projects to the open-source community as a member of the Eclipse Foundation Europe – an open invitation for other original equipment manufacturers to collaborate with this new joint venture. #engineeringforabetterworld
