Proud to see our colleague Dr. Frank Schütt contributing to the discussions at the ESA General Assembly in Ghent last week. Invited as a laboratory expert, Frank participated in panel discussions on Food Authenticity and Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids (PA's) in herbs and spices. The real strength of these sessions was the diversity of perspectives around the table. Regulators, laboratories, legal experts and industry representatives each brought their own insights, resulting in lively discussions and a broader understanding of the challenges we face as a sector. A good reminder that the best solutions rarely come from a single viewpoint.
