GazoTech est heureuse d’annoncer la réussite des tests de réception en usine réalisés pour son client La Coopérative Agricole de Viticulteurs et Agriculteurs de Limoux et Environs (Cavale) accompagné de son AMO S3d Ingénierie !   3 jours de test se sont déroulés à partir de marc de raisins expédiés depuis le site de production de La Cavale à Limoux, dans l’Aude.   L’objectif de ces tests étaient de vérifier les performances techniques et environnementales de l’unité de gazéification (400kg/h – 1,2MWth) construite par Ankur Scientific Energy Technologies Pvt Ltd pour le compte du groupement GazoTech / Eiffage Énergie Systèmes.   Il s’agissait notamment de valider que les normes pour les NOx et les poussières étaient atteintes sans traitement spécifique des fumées.   Mission accomplie et le gazogène est actuellement en transit vers la distillerie de La Cavale à Limoux où les tests de réception sur site se tiendront en mars 2022 ! GazoTech is happy to announce that the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) organized for our client La Coopérative Agricole de Viticulteurs et Agriculteurs de Limoux et Environs (Cavale) and its project advisor S3d Ingénierie was successfully completed! The FAT took place over 3-days using grape marc that was sent from the La Cavale production site in Limoux Aude. The objective of the FAT was to validate the technical and environmental performance of the biomass gasification unit (400kg/h – 1.2MWth) built by Ankur Scientific Energy Technologies Pvt Ltd on behalf of the consortium GazoTech / Eiffage Énergie Systèmes. Particular attention was given to validating that NOx and dust emissions were within regulatory limits – without the need for supplemental exhaust gas treatment.
