What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be the go-to pro for keeping our trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units in top shape. From preventive maintenance to advanced repairs, your skills will make sure our drivers can hit the road with confidence — and get back home safely. -Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, and refrigeration systems -Perform preventive maintenance to keep our fleet reliable and efficient -Document your work accurately and follow Sysco’s high safety standards -Share your know-how by mentoring newer technicians on the team What We’re Looking For: We know great technicians come from different paths, but here’s what helps you succeed in this role: -3+ years of diesel tech or mechanic experience -ASE certifications (a big plus!) -CDL license or the willingness to earn one -A knack for troubleshooting and solving problems -A safety-first, team-first mindset Why Sysco?
