It was a profoundly satisfying and proud moment to be part of the inauguration of the Syensqo #GlobalCapabilityCenter Pune last week. Seeing the new office - easily one of the best-looking in Pune (and yes, Frank Bolata, I wholeheartedly agree 🙂) - the energy in the room, the celebratory spirit, and the mix of new, young faces alongside familiar ones was truly special. What made it even more meaningful was realizing how far the team has come - growing from 0 to 125 in headcount in just one year. It was a pleasure to meet Syensqo’s leadership in person again - Frank Bolata, Boris F., Hrishikesh Nandanwar, AMLAN DAS, Sandeep S Patkar, Rakesh Joshi, Sunaina Goraksh, Amol Patil, Anandamma Sannaki, Gaurav Gupta, and many others - and to connect with key members of the GCC partner ecosystem, some of whom I had the privilege of helping #SyensqoGCC to bring onboard for this mission. Congratulations once again to #Syensqo #SyensqoGCC Pune and to everyone who made this journey possible. Keep rocking!
