Oracle has officially begun rolling out Release 26C upgrades for the Oracle Recruiting (ORC) module this month, and once again the spotlight is firmly on the Redwood experience and the Agentic AI capabilities. Highlights from the latest release: 📂 Bulk Candidate Creation – Upload up to 10 resumes or a ZIP file to auto-generate profiles. 🗂️ Bulk Actions on Job Requisitions – Manage multiple requisitions at once, including the new Change Hiring Team feature. 🔗 Apply with Indeed Discontinuation – Transition to Direct Apply with Indeed before 27A. 💬 Message Team Action – Send quick updates to hiring teams directly from the Recruiting Activity Center. ✅ Redwood Guided Process Upgrade – Optional sections now auto-included, reducing errors and rework.
