CCW Vegas is a wrap. Three days of real conversations with clients, technology partners, and a few new friends we didn’t have on Monday. What stood out: the people serious about CX aren’t asking whether new technologies change the work. They’re asking who can actually operationalize it. That’s the conversation we came to have.
