Malaria remains one of the world’s deadliest diseases, but tools like these are helping communities fight back. 🦟 🛏️ Dual-insecticide bed nets combine two active ingredients to stop mosquitoes in their tracks. Where they’ve been deployed, they have already cut malaria cases by up to 50% compared to standard nets. 💉 Vaccines are protecting more people from malaria and could save tens of thousands of lives each year when used alongside other interventions. 🍼 Until recently, the smallest babies didn’t have tailored treatment for malaria. Now, small, dissolvable tablets offer a way to get life-saving medication to newborns and young infants. 🏠 Spatial repellents help keep mosquitoes away from homes and shared spaces, offering communities protection beyond what bed nets can provide, including during the day. With continued partnership and investment, #innovations like these could bring the world one step closer to ending #malaria for good.
