By analyzing sequencing data, as well as spacial transcriptomics and proteomics data from more than 200 stomach tumors, researchers at Stanford University (@stanford) generated valuable insights into gastric cancer subtypes that they believe could inspire future targets for new therapeutic strategies. They are presenting their findings in a poster session today, April 21 at the @AACR Annual Meeting. The study deployed data from the Gastric Cancer Registry at Stanford, which houses tumor samples and clinical information from patients and provides them free-of-charge to researchers around the world. #AACR26
