Over the last few months I’ve been part of a project that I can’t name, and can’t share details on. But I can say this: it started with a simple idea. An agent I built to solve a real problem I was seeing in accounts. Something practical. Something I wished I’d had myself years ago. Seeing that idea play a meaningful role in a much bigger piece of work has been genuinely one of the most rewarding parts of my time at Microsoft so far. Not because it’s “AI”. Not because it’s flashy. But because it’s proof that: - good ideas still matter - deep subject knowledge matters - and building things that actually help people compound fast when you’re in the right environment When I first joined Microsoft, someone said to me:“You can create a new version of yourself here.” At the time I don’t think I fully understood what that meant. These days, working on Copilot agents, building tooling from lived experience, and collaborating with smart people who want to take ideas seriously, I finally do. I’m proud of the work. I’m proud of the direction I’m heading in. And I’m genuinely enjoying the position I find myself in right now. Still lots to learn. Still plenty to build. But moments like this are worth stopping to recognise. #ai #copilot #microsoftai #ppc #MAI
