Gartner Rose is proud to report work is progressing smoothly on the Sydney Terminal Building Revitalisation Project - Stage 1. This timelapse captures the transformation taking place in Eddy Avenue Plaza. A key achievement has been the successful demolition of the Eddy Plaza platform access ramp—an important step in creating a more accessible, connected, and welcoming precinct for the community. This work forms part of the broader Central Precinct Renewal Program, a long term vision to reimagine the areas in and around Sydney’s Central Station. Stage 1 of the revitalisation focuses on significant upgrades to Eddy Avenue Plaza, Eddy Avenue Colonnade and The Eastern Terrace. These improvements will enhance public space, safety, and connectivity—laying the foundation for an engaging and modern precinct that honours the site’s rich history.
