As the sponsor of #GenerationsNetwork in India in my organization, I felt good to read this. Across the world, in many places, our ability to remove age from suitability for the role, desire to do the role and basic ability is nuanced. We definitely need to do better and I believe we will have a better world when people with different generations work closely with each other to create and solve.
