I truly believe that working as ONE.TEAM is bringing significant benefits to the organisations. Working in the silos is the feature of the past. Together we can achieve much more, faster adopt change and new ways of working, like agile developments and Dev.Ops.  In addition, ONE.TEAM mindset creates a secure and trusted environment, where ideas thrive. A great example of experimenting together and bring results in a short period of three month, is a work on Bayer CH Supply Chain Incident Management solution by the central SCM teams and in the countries, development teams and Digital Transformation and IT teams.   Development of the collaboration solution based on analytics and intelligent workflows tool including the stock projection + demand- /supply graphics,  has  all right elements a digital transformation project should have: ·      Thing big, start small, scale fast attitude ·      Be truly agile, go step by step ·      360º trust across all parties ·      Full empowerment to the project team members to “do the right things” ·      Accept failure as way of learning Now solution is live in the pilot countries and is ready to be rolled out to further markets.   Great thank you to the great team.
