Hay proyectos que te desafían… y hay proyectos que te transforman. Este fue uno de esos que te transforman. Ser parte de esta iniciativa no solo implicó llevar adelante una idea ambiciosa, sino también coordinar múltiples frentes, adaptarnos constantemente y, sobre todo, confiar en el trabajo en equipo para llegar al resultado. Fue un proceso intenso, con muchísimo aprendizaje en el camino: desde la planificación estratégica hasta la ejecución, pasando por resolver imprevistos en tiempo real y tomar decisiones clave bajo presión. Pero si algo me llevo de esta experiencia es esto: los grandes resultados nunca son individuales. Son el reflejo de equipos comprometidos, de personas que empujan para el mismo lado, que se apoyan y que elevan el estándar en cada etapa del proyecto. Orgullosa de haber sido parte de algo tan desafiante y, al mismo tiempo, tan gratificante a nivel profesional. Being part of this initiative not only meant bringing an ambitious idea to life, but also coordinating multiple workstreams, constantly adapting, and, above all, trusting in teamwork to achieve the final result. It was an intense process, with a huge amount of learning along the way: from strategic planning to execution, including solving unexpected issues in real time and making key decisions under pressure. But if there’s one thing I take away from this experience, it’s this: great results are never individual.
