Forbes just published a piece on how luxury is rebuilding its entire stack with AI. The article describes LVMH's entire AI philosophy as "quiet tech" as a new industry standard. AI that's invisible to the customer. Fully structural. Christian Dior Couture was mentioned along with Kahoona for our mutual work on personalization for anonymous visitors, using Kahoona’s context generation layer: AI predictive audience segmentation and identification. To truly succeed in today’s ecosystem, online brands must emphasize the behavioral signals that tell you what someone wants before they know how to say it, before their decision has been made, and possibly before they even ended their session.
