5 years is a milestone. I've been blessed to journey with a handful of clients for 5 years or more. It is a partnership between 2 people — with some occasional supporting acts — and their lives are the canvas for our co-creation. Project Female Founder is a different kind of portfolio. This partnership spans hundreds of people and several organisations... and what did we build? For sure, we have an investment readiness program with a road-tested curriculum and design. But the more interesting and living product is our dynamic ecosystem. And a different kind of investor readiness. One that lives beyond its duration. One that includes the whole person. A room where trauma gets named, familiarity compounds, and founders and investors recognise each other's humanity first.
