🇺🇾🇮🇹Several weeks have now passed since the conclusion of my internship at the Italian Embassy in Montevideo, and this time has given me the opportunity to deeply reflect on how meaningful this experience has been. Working at the heart of diplomatic relations between Italy and Uruguay allowed me to fully understand the importance of a historical, political, and commercial relationship that continues to strengthen day by day. I had the opportunity to contribute, even in a small way, to initiatives aimed at enhancing economic and cultural exchanges between the two countries, which are fundamental for the development of both. These months have represented growth both professionally and personally: living and working in a bilingual environment has refined my skills in Italian and Spanish, while the daily diplomatic work has taught me the value of intercultural collaboration. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Embassy team for their support and trust: to Ambassador Fabrizio Petri, diplomats Alessandra Crugnola, Francesco Brunetti and Paola de Antonellis, as well as Monica Belloni Canepa and everyone I met during this wonderful journey, including Cristina S., with whom I had the pleasure of sharing this beautiful experience. I will carry with me not only new professional skills but also a personal enrichment that will continue to guide my path.
