I am not fully in agreement with the above points. In most cases, the main responsibility lies with the people directly involved in operations namely the Master and the Crew who deal with issues face to face on a daily basis. That said, we remain grateful to the Companies for their support. In my view, the distribution of responsibility can be expressed as follows: Ship Owner: 10% Charterer: 12% Ship Manager: 28% Master and Crew: 51%
