EXAMPLES OF AUTOMATIC PACKAGING LINES                                      There is a big range of automatic packaging machines and integrated systems for aluminium profiles. Products offered spring from our customers’ requirements, whose cooperation is not a mere commercial rapport, implying as it does mutual trust and involvement over whatever may be their needs, their productive capacities and the solutions that the company proposes.                                                              PACKAGING LINE WITH AUTOMATIC BUNDLE FORMING Packaging line consisting of a central body for wrapping profiles/bundles with paper, stretch film or plastic, and integrated with a pneumatic system with 6 downstroke extractors which extracts the paper-wrapped bundles and forms a layer, whose number of bundles is pre-selected by the operator through the control panel. A 6 fork system now handles the depositing of each layer onto a roller table, until the final bundle is formed, whose measures are preselected by the operator on the control panel.
