Um ciclo marcante e um adeus cheio de gratidão. O mês de junho marcou a minha despedida da Shein. Minha primeira experiência em uma empresa chinesa superou todas as expectativas: descobri ali o ambiente mais colaborativo e dinâmico que já vivenciei. Deixo esse ciclo com um sentimento profundo de saudade e gratidão. Minha trajetória foi moldada por pessoas incríveis, e não posso ir embora sem agradecer: Sergio Goncalves: por acreditar em meu trabalho desde o início. Daniel Matsumato: por todo suporte, direcionamento e pelo cuidado humano. Alan Geng: pelo apoio nos últimos meses e pelas conversas enriquecedoras. Obrigado às diretorias e lideranças operacionais de 3P, 1P, SFS e PRC, e aos parceiros das equipes de Planejamento, Wave, EHS, Quality, Learning, TI, LP e Admin. My first experience at a Chinese company exceeded all expectations: I found there the most collaborative and dynamic environment I have ever experienced. I leave this chapter with a deep sense of missing it all and immense gratitude. My journey was shaped by incredible people, and I couldn't move on without thanking: Sergio Goncalves: for believing in my work from the very beginning. Daniel Matsumato: for all the support, guidance, and human care. Alan Geng: for the support over the last few months and the enriching conversations.
