Future Leaders UK x World Wide Technology: AI careers, real access, real employment pathways Our ongoing partnership with WWT is opening up the world of AI and tech for Future Leaders through a two-day Student Insight Programme with the AI Challenge team. Across the programme, young people will step inside a live tech environment, hear from apprentices sharing real stories and real career routes, and see how the skills they build in school can lead into one of the fastest-growing sectors. The WWT AI Programme launch and the chance to earn a WWT-certified badge on completion means students leave with practical insight, stronger confidence and something concrete to support future applications. As part of this partnership, Future Leaders UK will also be helping WWT recruit underserved young people for their degree apprenticeship roles. This is about more than career insight. It is about helping young people secure employment that can change their life trajectories. Programmes like this move social mobility forward by turning AI from something young people hear about into a space they can step into, contribute to, and build a future within.
