𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲: 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗹𝘁𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗹𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗲 𝗠𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗘𝗢 🌱 ​ After more than four years of dedicated leadership, Tilmann Stolte is transitioning out of his role as CEO at Future Leaders Global. Tilmann brought a rare combination of purpose and structure, sharpening our vision, professionalizing how we operate, and embedding regenerative leadership principles into the core of our programs. Together with our team, his work has reached 3,500+ people, earned some of our highest program scores, and supported customers like DNB, Storebrand, Finansforbundet (Norge), foodora, and Norfund in pushing the boundaries of what leadership development can look like. Beyond being an absolute powerhouse, Tilmann Stolte has been a joy to work with. Always putting people first, leading with integrity, and inspiring us with his curiosity. It has been a true honor. We know he will move mountains in whatever comes next. For the next phase of Future Leaders, we are thrilled to welcome Ulrikke Mysen as the new CEO. Ulrikke is a leadership and team coach with over a decade of experience supporting leaders through complex change and growth. She has a strong background from business consulting from PwC and as Founder of Animo AS, driven by a commitment to create a working life where people can grow and lead without losing themselves. She brings deep expertise in 1:1 coaching, team development, and leadership programs, and a strong belief that the future of leadership demands both inner development and relational intelligence. Her passion for empowering leaders and building brave workplaces makes her a natural fit for this next chapter and we know she is looking forward to continue to build great value for current and future partners.
