What if your most valuable communication tool isn’t what you 𝘀̶𝗮̶𝘆̶ — but how you 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻? 🙉 At our recent workshop with Finansforbundet (Norge), we explored just how much gets lost when we rush to respond instead of pausing to understand. 📉 Ideas go unheard. 📉 Trust gets chipped away. 📉 Stress builds up beneath the surface. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Together, we explored a different approach: → The 4 levels of listening we can use → Questions that reveal rather than direct → Body language that invites rather than protects → Language that empowers rather than controls 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲.
