Rock–paper–scissors. Serious leadership stuff 🪨 When we kicked off the new DNB Aspire cohort this spring, Even Westerveld, DNB’s Chief People Officer, gave a raw, personal talk about his leadership journey. Then, instead of heading to his next meeting, he stuck around and jumped into a fierce rock–paper–scissors tournament with the group. It got loud. It got heated 🥊 And somewhere between paper covering rock and rock smashing scissors, we were reminded how great cultures work: when leaders show up as humans, not just job titles, trust grows. Walls come down. Collaboration gets easier. Innovation thrives. That’s the energy Aspire builds on. Yes, it’s a leadership program.
