We get more done – faster – when we operate from joy 💫 #Results. #Performance. #Strategy. We hear it left, right and center. But here's a wild thought.  What if the real performance hack… is 𝗷𝗼𝘆? That is what a cross-section of leaders, creators and system-shapers came together to unpack. We gathered for the fourth edition of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 and dove deeper into "The Power of Joy". There was a shared sense of hope in the room — the kind that comes from realizing that joy can create a totally different way of working. And at the end of Day 2, many left with the same reflection: We have more influence over our lives than we think. We’ve just forgotten how to notice.
