𝗦𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀. For the third year in a row. This spring, 16 participants completed the Sigulda City Program as part of the international Future Leaders Global initiative. Across three stages - 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳, 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 - they moved through a structured growth journey, strengthening self-confidence, deepening collaboration skills and expanding systemic thinking. At the closing ceremony, participants received their certificates and stepped into the global community. 🌍👏 Huge appreciation to the City Coordinator Izolde Helma Gūtmane, the Sigulda team, mentors, partners and participants for building this locally while staying globally connected.
