President of the European Council António Costa visits ITER  🇪🇺 The F4E Director Marc Lachaise and ITER Organization Director-General Pietro Barabaschi, together with European Commission EU Energy, welcomed President António Costa, and members of his cabinet, to the #ITER site in Cadarache. The delegation witnessed the progress of the world’s largest fusion project, a stepping stone towards a clean, safe, energy mix that will help Europe combat climate change and cut down CO2 emissions.  Our Director highlighted how the investment made by F4E is strengthening Europe’s supply chain, feeding into our energy sovereignty and boosting our competitiveness in a strategic technology while being environmentally responsible.
