A pleasure to welcome the Ambassador of Ireland to Spain, Brian Glynn, to F4E’s Barcelona headquarters. Thank you for the exchange on the priorities set by the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. #Ireland2026EU F4E Director Marc Lachaise introduced F4E’s mission, its contribution to ambitious projects like #ITER and highlighted the strategic importance of fusion. The work performed by F4E feeds directly into the areas of competitiveness, research & innovation, energy transition, and sovereignty. These are key priorities for Europe and should be reflected in the EU budget (2028-2034).
