A packed room, thoughtful discussion, and a powerful conversation about the future of work. One theme stood out throughout the event: the future of work is not about replacing people. It's about helping people do more of what humans do best. Last week during NY Tech Week, we had the opportunity to bring together founders, investors, operators, HR leaders, and technology executives to discuss how AI is reshaping organizations. What stood out wasn't excitement about automation for automation's sake. It was a shared focus on building organizations that are more resilient, adaptable, and capable of scaling human potential. A huge thank you to our incredible panelists: • Fred Leong, Chief People Officer at dv01 • Jenny Liu, General Partner at Crush It Ventures • Dr. Josh Elmore, Founder of Court Street Consulting And to Jenny L. for expertly moderating a conversation that balanced optimism with the realities leaders are navigating today. We are also grateful to our partners at Founders Foundry, All Good HR, Granada Venture Funds, and Yorkseed for helping create a space where meaningful conversations could happen. The discussions covered everything from AI adoption and organizational design to talent development, leadership, and the bottlenecks preventing companies from reaching their next stage of growth. The biggest takeaway? Technology may change how work gets done, but organizations will still rise and fall based on their ability to develop people, make decisions, and adapt to change. Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared perspectives, and helped make the event a success. #FutureOfWork #TechWeek #NYTechWeek
