America and Freedom 250 international conference at the University of Public Service Jointly organized by the John Lukacs Institute for Strategy and Politics / U.S. Embassy Hungary / Hungarian-American #Fulbright Commission / Hungary Foundation Following LUPS Rector Gergely Deli and Chargé d'Affaires Caroline Savage opening remarks, distinguished scholars, diplomats, and policymakers examined the historical legacy of American independence, liberty and democracy in anticipation of the upcoming 250th anniversary of the foundation of the United States, with particular attention to Central European perspectives.
