Reaching residents by phone or in person is a costly and time‑consuming approach that often delivers limited results, particularly for rate payments.   On Tuesday, 5th May, Fujifilm DMS is hosting a webinar discussing how councils can use SMS to support the rate‑payment process, helping to reduce outstanding rates, improve response rates and decrease inbound calls and administrative workload.   Our guest speakers, Lauren Telfer from the Town of Walkerville (SA) and Tegan Pelgrave from the City of Moreton Bay (QLD), will share their experience introducing SMS as a communication channel.   In addition to rate notices, we’ll also explore other use cases where councils can use SMS to stay in touch with residents and increase community engagement, along with a live demonstration of the Fujifilm DMS Message Centre and a Q&A session.   Register now at: https://lnkd.in/g-kd9gYC
