Unexplained underground water can quietly put an entire building at risk. In a high‑end residential compound in Cairo, persistent underground water threatened a building. Traditional investigations couldn’t pinpoint the source, and further drilling risked making things worse. We applied our GroundIQ® ground‑modelling approach, combining non‑intrusive surveys with existing borehole data to build a full 3D picture of the subsurface.
