How do we turn sustainability into something measurable? 📊 In our FUCHS100 strategy, Sustainability is a key element alongside Growth and People. For us, this means focusing on both our own impact and the impact we create for our customers. On the one hand, we are reducing our own emissions. We are committed to reaching net zero by 2050 and continuously improving how we track and manage our carbon footprint to guide our path to climate neutrality. On the other hand, we enable our customers to perform more sustainably. Lubricants reduce friction, extend machine life and save energy. In doing so, they help save resources and lower total cost of ownership. What makes the difference is that this impact can be measured. Lubricants have the potential to save more CO2e in application utilization than the quantity needed to produce them. To make this transparent, we are further strengthening our capabilities, for example through Product Carbon Footprints (PCF), giving customers a clearer view of the environmental performance of our solutions. This transparency allows us to integrate sustainability more directly into how we create value. In this way, sustainability becomes a measurable customer benefit.
