This is what a great start looks like! Last week, the fifth cohort of the Innovation programme kicked off their journey with our first-ever two-day training in Coventry. A really inspiring and diverse group, the cohort includes Frontline fellows and, for the first time, young professionals aged 20–25 and youth workers, as well. The participants came together for the first time, learnt from one another and began the work of bringing their ideas to life. They also heard from Florence Bili-Ogunbona, who secured seed funding through the programme two years ago and shared her experience of turning an innovative idea into reality. A huge well done to all of them for their curiosity, energy and the way they supported one another.
