We had a wonderful surprise at the museum today! ✨ Our President & CEO, Abigail Erickson-Torres, and Director of Events, Catalina Corona, were honored with appreciation awards from the International Plastic Modelers Society of Central North Texas, presented by chapter President Mark Wilson. 🏆✈️ This talented group of model builders has supported the Frontiers of Flight Museum in meaningful ways, including repairing and touching up several of our model aircraft displays. Their work helps preserve the details that bring aviation history to life for our visitors. For the past year, we’ve been proud to support the chapter by hosting their monthly meetings at the museum. Partnerships like this remind us how powerful shared enthusiasm for aviation and craftsmanship can be. We’re also grateful to longtime supporter and former volunteer curator Neil Teitelman, whose involvement with the chapter has helped strengthen our connection with this passionate community. We’re incredibly thankful for the continued collaboration and recognition with IPMS Central North Texas and the dedication of its members.
