π πππππ ππ πππ πͺπππ π Meet Tyler. Recently, Jayme-lee Fechner visited the Hunter Valley.β£ β£ On her winery tour with friends, they stopped at a quaint winery Tinklers Wines where they met Tyler.β£ β£ Tinklers Wines is a family owned and operated vineyard, and they have been in the Hunter Valley for over 100 years.β£ β£ Devastated by nearby bushfires during 2019 and early 2020, the Hunter has taken a massive hit.β£ β£ And now with COVID-19, tourism to the area has rapidly declined.β£ β£ Aside from the devastationβ¦ You would never have guessed Tinklers Wines has been impacted.β£ β£ Tyler greeted us with open arms, and shared his incredible family story and history of the vineyard with us.β£ β£ Not once did Tyler say βwoe meββ even though he had every right to.β£ β£ Because, while many of us have been impacted by COVID-19, you never know what someone else is experiencing. β£ β£ So while itβs OK to share your story of hardship, remember that people are coming to support you!β£ β£ Tylers passion, love and knowledge of wine was inspiring. β£ β£ We have such great produce in our own backyardβ¦ so where you can, try and support local and regional!β£ β£ 2020 has been a hard year for many Australians, the least we can do is offer support where we can!β£ β£ #supportlocalbusiness #humanoftheweek
