One thought from my recent conversation with Andi that really stuck with me: "Mediocre is the new danger." AI can help everyone create something decent. A decent design. A decent article. A decent product experience. But if everyone is producing the same level of "good enough," how do you stand out? The real challenge isn't creating something acceptable anymore. It's creating something memorable. As Andi pointed out, when everyone settles for mediocre, differentiation disappears. That's why understanding people, designing meaningful experiences, and exercising good judgment matter more than ever.
