Today marks a new chapter for me as I take on the role of Partner & Managing Director at Berylls by AlixPartners.   This step is less about the title itself and more about the path that led here. I’ve been fortunate to grow alongside trustful clients and people who value teamwork, honest dialogue over easy answers, and shared responsibility over individual success. Being part of Berylls by AlixPartners, and building and growing teams within this environment, has been rewarding both professionally and personally. It’s a great firm with great people, and that’s what makes the work truly impactful and enjoyable.   I’m deeply thankful to Andreas Radics, Dr. Jan Dannenberg, Dr. Jan Burgard, Heiko Weber, Timo Kronen, Alexander Timmer, Christian Kaiser, Malte Broxtermann, Andreas Rueter, Dr. Veit Buetterlin-Goldberg, Andrew Bergbaum, Dan Hearsch, Catherine Sherwin, Markus Mantwill, Michael Chiock, Nicolas Franzwa, Fabian Piontek, Dr. Marcus Kleinfeld, Xing Dr.-Ing. Zhou 周星, Dario Duse, Thilo Wallenstein, Hendryk Pausch, and Steffen Hage for the trust, challenge, and perspective you’ve shared along the way.   Most of all, thank you to the Supply Chain & Operations teams I work with across regions. You turn ambition into results every day. And special appreciation to Ralf Walker for his long-standing friendship, support and perspective over the years, as well as to Christian Grimmelt and Peter Troegel for the many intense moments we’ve shared, which strengthened not only our work but also our partnership. Looking ahead with a lot of motivation and deep respect for what we’re building together. I am grateful for the journey so far, and excited for what’s next!
