We are pleased to share an update on the future of the Simpson County, Kentucky facility, previously operated by Fritz Winter. The site has been successfully transferred to EJ which will establish new production activities there. Throughout the transaction, both companies worked closely and constructively to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated transition.   As part of the handover, Fritz Winter emphasized the cooperative process and the promising outlook for the facility: “We are confident that the facility is in excellent hands and wish EJ great success as they develop the site,“ said Henning Knipper, former Plant Manager, Fritz Winter North America.   EJ also expressed its positive expectations for the future operation: “This strategic investment reflects the EJ commitment to growth and innovation and will help ensure that EJ continues to lead in infrastructure access solutions,“ said Rich Brandell, Vice President & General Manager, Americas.   Both companies thank all teams involved for their professional collaboration and look forward to seeing the site develop successfully in the coming years.
