We are very proud to to take part in laying the foundation for the next generation leaders of textile innovation and manufacturing in Germany with our current Head of Product Development Julius Konstantin Schultheiss. Together with Ana-Maria Diller Kathrin Pleva Beatrice Lederer Patrick Herter under the Moderation of Stefan Engelhard & Sabine Kimmerle these great entrepreneurs got together at this years Techtextile tradeshow and discussed the future of the textile industry, what it means to succeed in succession planning in a family business, the exciting opportunities in our vast industry landscape and how working together makes us stronger. We hope to inspire many more young leaders in our industry to join the association of „Junge Textiler“! Thank you also to Groz-Beckert for being magnificent hosts of this event. Yes to the future!
