🚀 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗦 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 Over the past months, Martin Böhm and I have been looking for a company with both meaningful impact and scaling potential – ideally in a field that contributes to a more sustainable economy. 🌍 I am pleased to share that we have now taken this step as Managing Partners and Shareholders of KAVITS, leading the company out of a challenging situation into its next stage of development. Our focus is on B2B electronics repair services for retail chains, online retailers, insurance companies, warranty providers and specialist dealers. 🔧💻📱 By combining digital, automated and scalable processes with professionalism and a strong team, we aim to extend product lifecycles and contribute to the circular economy. ♻️ This journey would not have been possible without the support and inspiration of many people around me. A special thank you goes to Dr. H. Philipp Esser, who guided us legally through the transaction, and to Godelef Kuehl, who encouraged me to pursue acquisition entrepreneurship. 🙏 I am also deeply grateful for the Entrepreneurs'​ Organization – especially the EO Germany Southwest Chapter, where I am active, and the EO Munich Chapter, where Martin is engaged – whose members have provided us with invaluable inspiration. 🤝 I look forward to shaping this new chapter together with our team, partners and community. 🚀
