Starting January 1, 2026, Freudenberg Performance Materials will take the next step in the integration of Filc. The Filc brand will officially become part of Freudenberg Performance Materials, and Filc d.o.o. - a company of Freudenberg will be renamed Freudenberg Performance Materials Filc d.o.o. This change marks a milestone in the successful integration process that started in 2020. Over the past few years, Filc, an expert in needlepunch nonwoven textiles and laminated materials, has become an integral part of the group. Now, we are moving forward together under one strong brand. “The joint brand presence is the final step in the successful integration of Filc. It not only underscores our shared identity, but also brings a decisive advantage, in that Filc will be able to benefit even more from the strength of the Freudenberg brand. Our unchanged goal is to reinforce the sustainable success of our customers through innovative products,” Anže Manfreda, SVP at Filc, explained. For our customers and suppliers, there is one practical update: please note our new company name as of January 1, 2026. All other details remain unchanged. We look forward to continuing our successful collaboration under our shared name and brand.
