How do we continue future-proofing exceptional kidney care for patients in a rapidly changing world? That was the focus of our second Global Sustainability Week at Fresenius Medical Care — bringing colleagues together across regions, functions, offices, care centres, and production sites for a week of conversations, ideas, and shared commitment around the future of healthcare. Through global broadcasts, local activities, and inspiring employee stories, we explored how sustainability connects to the work we do every day — from strengthening resilience in a changing global environment, to driving innovation and supporting the best outcomes for patients worldwide. Because sustainability is not a standalone initiative. It is part of our strategy and part of how we prepare for the future — helping us continue delivering exceptional care for patients worldwide. One of the most powerful parts of the week was hearing directly from colleagues across the business — sharing practical examples and the many ways sustainability shows up in our daily work.
