Culture isn't a spectator sport. We traded our laptops for pancakes 🥞☕️ . During a 90-minute “culture breakfast,” we held a mini workshop to co-create and drive engagement around what our culture at Freeletics actually looks like. The goal was to bring the Freeletics culture back after a challenging time in the company to drive motivation and engagement. Why was this not only done by the People team? Because let’s be real: culture shouldn’t be an HR project- it’s about what the team actually wants to do together. We brainstormed, we debated, and now the voting is live. The coolest part? Every single project will be led by a team member. Here are some of the now planned initiatives: - The Competitive Edge: New Step Challenges - this started already last week 👟. - Social Connection: The return of the Pub Quiz, plus weekly Coffee Chats & Cake to bring the individuals closer together - Growth: Knowledge Sharing sessions to foster continuous learning - Community: Language Sparring to celebrate our international team. The People Team is impressed with these results, and we look forward to partnering with the team to turn these initiatives into a reality.
