Here's what Jack does: he listens to in-store sales conversations, creates a structured summary within minutes, and sends it straight to the travel agent via Microsoft Teams. No extra systems. No workflow changes. Just less paperwork. Why does this matter? Across TUI's 135 shops in the Netherlands, travel agents handle around 14,700 customer conversations every month. Each one used to require up to 30 minutes of admin, writing summaries, updating CRM fields, logging follow-ups.
