Who is a woman who’s made a major impact on your career? #IWD26 For #IWD26, I want to give a massive shoutout to Gretchen Connelly. For over a decade we worked together, Gretchen was a guide through the world of marketing giving a masterclass in creativity and incredible patience. She showed me the magic that can happen when a marketing campaign, a linkedin post are both well-designed and deeply thought-out. If you ever tried to force a "fast moving" creative (Gretchen) into a world built on engineering precision and analytical mindset, you know it's not always a smooth ride. I know I provided my share of "learning opportunities" (read: headaches) over our 10+ years working together: I brought chaos into her world and she brought sanity, professionalism and efficiency. Gretchen Connelly, thanks for teaching me that great marketing is much more than making things look pretty and for surviving a decade of my "engineer logic"...You bridged the gap between creative vision and the nerds we are and I'm thankful to you for that. I hope we continue to make you proud building onto your legacy!
