Great start to our PM+ training in Singapore! Our young project managers and aspiring project managers from Soletanche Bachy, Nicholson Construction , MENARD USA , Bachy Soletanche Singapore, March Construction, Foundation Alliance, Geotechnical Alliance , Rob Carr Pty Ltd , Bachy Soletanche Group Limited Hong Kong, Bachy Soletanche Vietnam and Menard Oceania tackled the handover phase from Sales to Operations as well as the start of the preconstruction phase of a project. On the menu, they worked on defining the role of the PM, understanding stakeholders, importance of the contract and we finished the day with an interactive exercise on Job Safety Hazard Analysis. Time for a beer after a long day! Back at work tomorrow for day#2!
