I am delighted to say that I have achieved the CISI Investment Advice Diploma (Securities). This Level 4 RDR compliant qualification is an FCA appropriate qualification for 'Advising on (and dealing in) Securities', and is a key milestone for a career in the investment industry. Having begun soon after I graduated in July, finding time to study around my work at Grey JCR was a challenge. Setting aside time consistently was difficult at first, but building a routine made it manageable, studying most evenings. Alongside the core modules of 'UK Regulation and Professional Integrity' and 'Investment, Risk, and Taxation', I chose the optional module of 'Securities' to further my knowledge on a range of asset classes, alongside portfolio construction and financial analysis. I'd like to thank everyone who supported me during this time, and I look forward to bringing my newfound knowledge and skills with me in my future career.
